So, a local PD officer has finally noticed the amazingly consistent cash-cow that is the cross-walk in front of work. It's the only cross-walk for quite a ways, it's on a downhill slope, and lots of people use it to get coffee and come back. The motorcyle office just sits in the parking lot next to the cross-walk, lets jerks be jerks, and writes them tickets.

I'm glad in hopes that someday drivers might catch a clue about stopping for pedestrians. But I do wonder if some of us should be paid, sort of like informants, for all the tickets he's writing because we put our life on the line, and a car didn't stop.
