So, I finally found out how much they want to raise my rent, should I choose to renew my lease at home...$325.

Last year, I got a $40 raise at work, and they raised the rent by $80. Somehow, I don't think I'm getting a $165 raise this year =(

Not that that would help, it would just make my decline in effective-pay slightly slower.
