While reporting an issue with my account, I notice the email-xbox page ends up with it's title in Korean. I take a screen shot, make a blog post, and drop another email to xbox.com to point it out. Of course they can't recognize FYI as an explicit request NOT to get a response, and send one with the braindead suggestion that I check my browser's location setting. Braindead because it comes literally 3 lines away from the results of their own auto-detection routine saying "location="en-us". Someone got paid to write that auto-detect, put it into the live pages, test it a little even I'd bet. But I guess the budget for letting the support scripts writer know got cut, so all the other work is wasted.
