Some silly article mentions a song on a CD I KNOW I have, but apperantly never ripped. You might be saying, so what, just rip it.

If only it were that simple. Finding one CD out of thousands, when they were arranged in a wall in no particular order, is a pretty hefty task.

It will probably just be cheaper to go buy it at the used CD store again, if I charge myself at even half my billing rate, for looking thru the CD collection.

Even more annoying, I'm reasonably sure it's not going to be in the normal CD location, because now that I saw the CD in the article, I finally realized why I'd bought it. Every time I've seen that disc in the flesh the last 2-3 years, I haven't remembered what song was on it, and reacted with distasted-ignorance. d'oh.
