On the 24th of last month, someone there fiddled with my account, and now none of the internet-related services work. I spent an hour on the phone with their techs last week, then sent off to simmer with the assurance a ticket was open and I'd get called back to work thru the issue.
After a week of waiting, I call to see if there's any new status on my case, only to find out I was lied to, and there never was a case opened up after my last call. So I told them to cancel the internet services and hung up on the poor phone-dweeb.
