I get a statement the other day, with line items having the following dates, in the order printed across three pages...

I can see the ORDER BY they used, Doctor, OpType, Date; it makes for a horrifically confusing report without a more explicit group seperation/header. What I can't understand is why a statement for 2 visits, 2 months ago, needs to go back 3 years.

It does explain why so much is wasted on overhead...
