For those in the know, cartman, who was dead, is now alive again. Thanks to an especially sunny day today, for march, here in Seattle, I was able to see inside his tummy to extract the broken glass. Well, OK, he's not completely alive, since I haven't replaced what was broken. But now it's just a matter of payday, where before, it was a potential safety issue.

In related, but otherwise not news, he's MUCH smoother internally than I would have suspected, with none of the build up I was suspectahoping for.

Shows how much I know about casting a cartman like shape in ceramic. Now I suspect the bottom is sealed on during firing. I'll never know for sure. And I can live with that.
